I am taking enzymes right now and have been trying to alkalize with diet for 2 years.I was given antibioics for a bacteria infection/flu I got while camping, I developed a rash on my body and it tested positive for Ecoli. I've suspected Lymes disease but tested negative. I then started getting bladder infections every few months and took Antibiotics for them and this turned into a chronic bladder condition called interstitial cystitis. Kinda like a bladder infection that doesn't go away. Right before my IC diagnosis I was put on 3 different Antibiotics for 1 month. This brought on Adrenal fatigue. I realize Antibiotics were the demise of my health and would not take them again unless I was deathly ill. I gave up on doctors years ago. I developed allergies to corn,wheat,gluten and dairy-very poor digestion. 1 year later my legs started burning and I got chronic back pain. Is there a certain enzyme that is highly recommended? I'm taking NOW brand candida cleanse. Coconut oil. A tea made of Burdock, nettles and dandelion to help detox. And I am taking flax and rice bran for fiber source. For leaky gut I am using the nettles and chlorophyll. Thanks for the replys.
