Hi all,

For those who are at adrenal exhaustion stage (low cortisol) and have used HC or Cortef/Isocort:

Did you start to feel better with using these supplements? Or do you regret using them and why?
What symptoms were relieved by using cortisol replacements?

I am considering trying these methods due to not making much progress in energy levels and symptoms. I literally have one energetic day out of 30. It's been 6 months like this. I still have zero tolerance to ANY stress. I would consider using corisol replacement as an aid to eventually wean off of once other body systems are stronger. Anything i try to do currently results in severe lower back pain, leg weakness, feeling jittery/anxious etc.
