Maybe not so much inside the city limits, but outside the city where people do not see allot of cops, allot of other drivers, over the years, it seems like allot of them do not believe in stop signs, almost daily I see people, mostly younger looking people barely slow down for stop signs and I also know some local young people now with no drivers license because they ran too many stop signs...and the cops cashing in on the problem.....

The past couple thousand years the government has tried to eliminate all the bad people, inslave the chosen ones and most of all, make them all "civilized' GOOD government citizens......but anyone watching over the past 30 years has seen people returning "wild" more out of control, wild cards so to say doing what ever they want and that truly is FREEDOM, but when wrongly done, often they end up with toe tags on.
