You are so welcome. I am glad that I could make that connection for you. Another thing I would like to say is that I believe some get cortisol and adrenaline confused. I think sometimes we think it is high cortisol when it is actually adrenaline. And sometimes low cortisol, or fatigue is just inflammation. Yes our cortisol is affected to a degree but it also depends on our brains ability to ask for cortisol.

Again. Not sure that is making sense.
