I really wish I had the solution. I had a friend with this problem, and she started taking Apple Cider Vinegar every day (don't know the amount, sorry) and eating only raw fruits and veggies - no meat, sugar, flour, nothing "white," and it cured her. It took a couple of months, and she almost gave up, but it eventually worked. The problem is, it comes back if she gets off the diet for even two days, so she is restricted to this diet for life, but she's much healthier now.
