Yes, I have these same problems. Had them for about 3 yhears now after I had a bad medical experience. And yes it has part to d with inflammation in the body and brain. The doctor who treats me says all Depression and anxiety stems from inflammation and his form of treating people is finding where the source of inflammation is coming from. The head pressure is a combo of adrenaline and inflammation and I get it often as well. And yes sometimes anti inflammatory medication can help.

Anyways you are definitely not alone.
