Sounds like me.What is helping is cranial therapy. Also I have decided and not confirmed as of yet. MTHF a way one absorbs folic acid etc can have a major impact on oneself in many ways other than headaches. I had migraines almost daily and have been doing the 5mthf supplements etc....and with the therapy I feel like major shifts are taking place. Life has been HELL! I have had ongoing problems for YEARS...I stumbled on the MTHF by reading forums like this one. Check that out and see if it doesn't ring MEGA BELLS! Good health to you
