Hi Faith,

I started on cat's claw about three months ago. Within days I started feeling more energy. Maybe a coincidence, I don't know, but my next three periods were a lot better. It also seemed to stir up some worms and parasites, but I don't think enough to make a big difference so I will be getting on something stronger to eliminate them. My last period was absolutely horrible though so I'm wondering if it's kicking out some toxins/infections? I don't know. But it does seem like I've had some changes, like you, since I've started taking it.
