Clear urine is bad in my book.

Color of the urine shows the kidneys are working to get rid of the waste in the blood. Clear urine usually shows the water we drank did not enter and exchange out the toxins and thus if our urine is clear, we are dehydrated regardless the amounts of water we are drinking.

Try this, take a small pinch of real salt on the back of the tongue and then swallow it with a glass of water, the results will be dirty urine and less dehydration. The person that drinks 2 gallons of water daily is realy dehydrated and if he was not dehydrated and kidneys working well, 1/2 gallon of water could do a better job.
