I tried it, and it didn't do much (if anything) for me. I've heard that it works for some people, though.

I used 100 mg/day, but I must admit I didn't really cut my carb intake during that time. (I wanted to, but couldn't... long story.)

Would it have been more effective for me if I'd followed a stricter diet? Does anyone know?
