It sounds like candida or some other immune/allergy reaction. You appear to know as much as anyone else here not named Dr. Jeff, so if money is not an issue, do all the testing you can, even multiple times. There are so many candida cure theories that it is hard to pinpoint how your individual body chemistry reacts to certain protocols before actually doing compare/contrast experiments on yourself. I am constantly tweaking my diet and supplement intake with varying results and herx symptoms. Getting your GI balance back to normal is paramount in my opinion, regardless of other curing tactics that you attempt. Good luck.
