Mercury is one of the most toxic substances on the planet. Every time you chew, drink or breath you are releasing mercury into your system.

You don't have to get them removed all at once. Maybe 3 or 4 at a time.

Research and research about Amalgam fillings.

My alternative doc here advised me to get them out so I did. Actually my insurance covered it all as he just billed me for regular fillings that needed replacement. As for getting it all? Good question. But hopefully they get 95 - 98%. My dentist told me he got it all.
