What you are doing is called starvation, IMO. It would be good for your mind and body to be on juice fast or water only fast. Roller coaster of fasting especially with sugary drink and coffee/tea is not a good thing.

You probably have read about Ketosis. There are many messages here on this forum that will help you with that.
