I'm reading through more of my packet. I just realized I have to change something around the week of my period - anyway,

I noticed that they want me to get my Amalgams removed? Isn't it better to just leave them in after all these millions of years I've had them? That's a lot of digging up - and expense! Is it really THAT worth it?
