I'm a big fan of "first things first". The person who talked endlessly about stomach acid could be correct. Take HCl with every meal except for vegetable or fruit snax where it's probably not required.

Also, I agree with those here who say don't try too many changes, or introduce new things, at once. Slow and easy, now. You'll live!
