Sounds like you might have adrenal fatigue. I had very similar symptoms with my heart as well as the other symptoms you mentioned and more.

When you have AF your detox processes have slowed down. It takes a lot of energy to digest a meal. The larger and more junky the meal the more energy it takes. Your body is trying to digest, detox the toxins from the meal and then detox the build up toxins as well. Also your electrolyte balance is very importance. Make sure you have a good potassium/sodium balance and magnesium. Taking salt really helped my heart.

I am almost recovered from AF. I spent a long time concentrating on detox. I also targeted copper in my detox specially since I had determined through information I was suffering from too much copper. That part might not be true for you. The bad news is that the more you are detoxing the more of your energy that will be taken up to do that. Therefore you will seem worse for a while as you go through a detox. I choose to do a slow approach over 6 months but it still wasn't fun. I had a few bad weeks with headaches from detoxing copper. Copper shifted my hormones and caused me migraines, anxiety, and night sweats. After that I was really fatigued for awhile and at one point only had energy for 4 hours a day. I did my detox in rounds each time I would recovery from a round I would feel more and more normal.
