Good advise Faith.
I'm still wanting to do the NB. Saving up to go through Theresa Vernon with hair anyl.
I do recall "Sherpa" on this forum, who had good results with NB and with some of Dr. Lam's protocal. But, each one is different in there pathway to recovery.

Sherpa mentioned somethings on the NB program were to stimulating, same as with Dr. Lam's approach. But, somehow to trial, etc. he or she ? can't remember now, found some percentages with both programs, but at specific times, for taking and dosing of the supplements, among other things.
