Hi, have been on a DIM combo for nearly a year now and I feel so much better about no longer taking Tamox. I have to admit that I am getting SEs from DIM (sweats, aches and pains for which Boswelia, Willow Bark and Holy Basil work wonders) but I'm convinced it's a sign that DIM is at work. I was very scared about the dangers of Tamox (blood clots, secondary cancers in breast, liver, etc). I survived it for 1.5 years, but have to deal with its trail of nastiness, i.e. the beginning of a cataract in the right eye and God only knows what else.

Because I'm not a big phytoestrogen believer in the case of ER pos BC, I stay away from soy and all of its derivatives found in everything nowadays. When searching for the best DIM, I found that most of them contain soy extract.
