Interesting Maria about the oxidation rate and thyroid. I started NB with hypothyroid on meds for a decade. My thyroid ratio has gone from 21.something to 4.47 showing improved thyroid function AND I've decreased my thryoid medication dose. Right now I'm fairly ideal said my practitioner though I've at a balanced oxidation rate and could tip either way. Was feeling rather fast the last two days so taking one set of supplements and if I slow down I have a different set to take (just one or two supps change). It'll be interesting to see how the thyroid ratio moves.
