I can't take 1 capsule of tri boron cause it makes me paranoid, I think it's the boron aspartate chelating aluminum out of my brain. Why it makes me paranoid and not others or why would I have more aluminum in my brain than anyone else, I don't know. It's the same when I take 1 capsule of magnesium potassium aspartate or magnesium malate.
