I have been exactly at this place. For a while it was the only thing I could think of, as my clock was ticking loud.

I worked very hard to get the two boys of mine; without supplements and alternative thinking they wouldnt have been here,for sure. I wish I knew of Iodine back then; the eldest most plagued by my deficiencies, the youngest one doing much better; as I had learned a lot from the first time out.
Both have had great benefits of Iodine supplementation.

Making the playground right before conception; if I could do this over again, I would.
