Faith, that's interesting about your being thin and having lots of energy. My husband is a fast oxidizer and is overweight with very low energy. I'm a slow oxidizer and just about ideal weight but also with low energy. I've always been a little confused about that. It seems like it would be more normal to be thin and lots of energy for a fast oxidizer.
