No, my top lip does not peel. It is just raw from fordyce spots. It gets white skin from some treatments, but the skin does not keep on the lips. The Anti-Sebum cream has helped the new skin stay put on the skin. It is different if you do not have raw skin with fordyce spots. When you raw skin, it is more sensitive and just annoying causing of the white skin you get there whenever it gets moist with moisturizer, saliva, and whatnot.
