"The one thing I have noticed, is my body's inability to sweat a lot during exercise. Just a damp spine and moist on the temples. No beads or anything."

This is a hypo T symptom; the inability to sweat properly.
- I would try other things before thyroid tissue. But it is an option.
When your temp is as low as yours, maybe. (but do consider the different ways to measure your temp; oral, under arm, rectally, ear. Try the old fashion way, then you are 100 % sure it is right.)

Alternatives; gold supplementation, it really got the heat up in my case.

Lately I have found sulfur to have had a good effect all over, not so much with the temp, as it was good from before, but other things. could be a key element as it has to do with cell permeability, utilization.

Also know that the high temps of mine came after a year of iodine. I reached the 37 C, yes. But the 37.4 C a bit later; dont know excactly as I didnt measure for a while,.
I would in general keep doing what you do, maybe up the Iodine if progression are to slow for your liking.

Enough salt? the salt - potassium pump is what creates the heat in the body, physically, governed by the thyroid and adrenals.
