Skandinavian shouldnt eat fruit like grapefruit, orange, cuz they not grow naturally there etc.

Control fungus with COPPER/ZINC 1:10 ratio in meals or daily basis if candida is not severe !

Balance diet with Ca, Mg, K, Na too.
