Hi SB1108,

My story is more do to stress and then mercury fillings and a four tooth bridge. Once the mercury and 4 tooth bridge was plac ein that was the beginning of menstrual cycle mess ups, low blood sugar, higher anxieties sleepless nights. I suffer 15 years(going to conventional Dr's) no clue what was wrong with me. ALl this turned into exhaustion and then AutoImmune Addison's disease & Fibromyalgia.

I was informed Fibromyalgia is from heavy metals, in my case it was aluminum. I was suffering pain in my right shoulder for almost 4 years now. It got a lot worse 4 months ago, I almost went to look into getting surgery. (At this time I was of of NB for 6 months now) I get my new practitioner TV and I tell her about the shoulder, she tells me don't do anything yet. She feels it is aluminum in the shoulder. I took the supplements (higher dose then every before of magnesium and calcium) 4 days later I started to move it more with less pain I would say less then a week pain gone can lift the arm over my head. Now mind you the last month before starting the supplements I was not even able to lift the arm high enough to get my hand and washcloth under neither to wash it. :(. I suffered pains in my back, neck ankles, knee and my bones in my arms for a few months before starting NB the first time (this pain was not as intense as the shoulder..all the pain is gone :).

I know NB had helped me I am able to live with out 2 medicines I was on that a Dr told me I will be on the rest of my life. Fludrocortisone gone and synthroid gone...and down from 30-50 mg daily to only 10 mg of hydrocortisone. Plus I am able to do my house work, cook and go out. SO yes
NB helped me greatly.

I am lucky as a child I guess we did not have the $ to go to DR's when we got sick..we just got over sickness. Except one time at 4 years old
I was in the hospital with none stop vomiting/so I sometime wonder if it was weak adrenals then and Dr's had no clue. This time around I went through with Dr's was hell.

See what happens under stress our cells deplete in minerials and then those heavy metals take the place of those minerial and over heavy metals go deep into our cells. We suffer disease.
