Yes, it seems very complicated also each person has a unique situation, so I suppose Iodine will have a somewhat different effect in each person, depending on their issues and hormonal/thyroid status. In general, Iodine seems to help people with their hormones, so I think you and I (and others who experience things like this) may have a less common situation or reaction to the iodine. Also, I have not religiously taken the companion nutrients, so that may be part of my problem.
