I dont want help from iodine. What i want is to warn people with thyroid problems to not making things WORSE with unnecessary Iodine dosing. 150mcg-200mcg what you get from diet and salt is all you need. I hope some people get my message before they fcuk up their thyroid like i did. Its still swollen from iodine..
