I also had very high manganese. I've been doing NB for about 14 months and when I started my manganese level was more than .2. It's now down to .093. I haven't had copper toxicity show up on my test yet so I'm not sure they are always related. If you live on the east coast it's common to have a lot of manganese in our drinking water. I believe my body starting hoarding it in replacement of another mineral I didn't have enough of.
