And one more thing. Root of your problems with autoimmunes diseases is GLUTEN!! hear me? Taking big doses Iodine aint gonna do jackshit for your antibodies or relive your symptoms. I know its easier to take one drop this and that then try STRICT gluten-free diet. Try the diet and see for yourself how it affect you.
