Well just so you know. I took 200mcg selenium with Iodine and still got the swelling so maybe it was bad luck or bad form of selenium that didnt get absorbed properly. What ever it was i still think that its pointeless to take huge amounts of Iodine and can be risky like it was in my case. Is this horse dosing Iodine ideas coming from DR. brownstein? I wouldn't risk my health for one man opinions.
