The government has put out a bid for "distinctive clothing" and it entails about 5 thousand t-shirts and hats with FEMA CORP boldly and large across the front on a red shirt/hat to be shipped to Sacramento, Denver and New Mexico. I just find that odd, because not much goes on in these parts, ya think? They did not disclose the address for delivery in New Mexico, it will be provided at a later date.
