That sounds like a good healthy diet, good for you for implementing that change. I'm going to try and go dairy free for 7 days soon, though not today because my dinner already contained some dairy. Altho i dont think i have lactose intolerance ive always been fine after dairy maybe the dairy is somehow causing me to smell. has anyone here cut out dairy and the odor went away?
