HI Hopinso

I just read a reply that you wrote to a lady eight years ago, she thought that she was the only one in the world that had a comfort eating problem! And you quoted bible verses to her, just wanted you to know that what you said to her even back then really gave me encouragement. My ankles are swollen i think because of lack of potassium. I am going to try eating only lemons and water from tomorrow! i really feel like I messed up my body this time around! i really should have listened to my inner voice telling me to stop my fast earlier! But we live and learn! The learning part i dont have a problem with its the living problem that i am concerned about! Hopefully this will soon pass as well (not the living part I am talking about the swollen ankles part) :)
