Egg....My 48-hour Dry Fast is going well. I'm at the 30-hour mark as I write this. I see clearly that a short Dry Fast is just a drop-in-the-bucket, and if healing is to come, I must extend well beyond 48-hours. Next time I'll try 72-hours. This time I'm 'breaking' with a Green Smoothie.
You're fortunate to be in the Preventative Mode.
