The issue you are having with the Sugar is most likely insulin resistance. You should ask your practioner why Sugar issues and see if they tell you this.
I didn't understand why I have Sugar issue. My sugar reading have always been fine. Except when I suffered low blood sugar. That issue has been cleared up for over a year now.
