How is the fast going? I'm on day three of a dry fast myself and agree there's something about dry fasting which keeps me coming back. Aside from a slight headache on day one all is well. Hope you are able to fast long enough to find some relief, luckily I have no physical complaints, so the fast is more preventative. Take care!
