My father has md. He solely relies on MDs..who have wrote him off. Where would you begin if you were to suggest changes for him. I am new to this sight. He is 67 and almost completely chair bound. He doesn't leave the house and has very limited moving with walker. My husbands grandfather who is 86 gets around better than him. I know he could cleanse or do something to improve his overall health. Any suggestions where to begin? Thanks. He thinks there is no hope. Is there a book or something he can read to explain an alternative approach?
