I'm not going to disagree with the jist of your post.

Just that you are shouting again.

And when people shout...............................
Well sometimes they are placing a worthy call......

And sometimes they are shouting fire in a theatre......

I consider myself intelligent enough to distinguish between the two......

But still. Doesn't make it easier to read.

Less is more.................

And paragraphs with more then four or five lines with exclamation points and Caps becomes a burden to read.
