It seems I have seen more mixed results from ppl on curezone with Lam, although I think it is awesome that Sherpa recovered so well with it.

Lam seems to focus much more on the adrenals, while NB is very holistic. That's why I liked NB and chose it, because I was having metabolism, candida, and heavy metal issues in addition to adrenal issues and NB addressed all of them. I never personally used Lam's plan though so I cannot compare them.
