Hey guys, I was unfortunate to pick up a fasciola infestation on my travels to se asia not too long ago. I know this is as I keep seeing the red rolled flukes in my stool + a number of other symptoms. I was wondering if any of you would be kind enough to give me any info on the two drugs I've listed above. I've read that ivermectin increases the uptake of the drug triclabendazole in fasciola species meaning they are exposed more to the triclabendazole, making eradicating them a lot easier. I have just managed to pick up the two drugs, and I was wondering if any of u could help me with the dosage requirements (something safe) with the two:
Would it be alright to follow this procedure;

Ivermectin (2x daily @ .2 mg/kg for 3 days)
and at the same time take
Egaten (2x daily @ 10mg/kg for 3 days)

Cheers for the help guys
