I'm personally convinced Dr. Lam knows more about adrenal fatigue than anyone. His book and supplement program healed me and gave me my life back. - I am living proof of it. 15 months ago I was needing to lie down and recover my energy after marking lunch, today I went to a dance class in the morning and did acro yoga in the park all afternoon. I am very grateful for his work - had this have happened to me 10 or 20 years ago... before AF was well understood and information like Dr. Lam's was available... my life would have been ruined.

p.s. I never tried NB. I read through Dr. Wilson's website and and it did not appeal to me or seem scientifically sound enough. Dunno how it compares.
