Thanks for the replies. My na/k was still a 2 6 weeks ago, i'm not sure if thats the problem as i've been having problems since early december.
The lab recommends that I take both limcommin and zinc so I am going to try that and see if it makes a difference. My practioner had been saying not to take the zinc.
