Hi Archus, good idea.

I just came across this, on the subject of moong bean soup--and thought some forumfolk might be interested, for post-fast. . .

I used to, years back, soak mung beans and then roast them. So good. Better than popcorn. slightly chewy and then crisp on the outside. I often eat mung bean soup, but have failed to get the asefoetida!

must get some. :-)
