If you have SIBO
Try also enzymes along with hcl. Brought a lot of help for me.

Every sibo is different it will take some time to experiment what's good for your case in terms of foods and supplements.

In my case ANY gel forming food or supps worsten the sibo: diary, psyllium, chia seeds, gelatin, glutamine.....

Make your best to find out the pathogen . Similar symptoms could come from very different pathogen. besides sibo confirmed by tests I discovered also giardia, h. Pillory and candida.
