I mostly used opti-zinc. NOW makes it, another brand does too in a white bottle. Both worked well for me.

The only strange thing I felt is my stomach hurt if I took too much of it. That is a good indicator. As far as feeling 'weird' otherwise, its hard to say. I was feeling so bad for awhile there it was hard to identify where it came from. Just tread carefully.
