hhmmm...so, is this saying: if you already have low stomach acid, this is a good thing? That is, ideally? And--you'd be a good candidate for fresh ripe fruit and nuts and very little of what's considered "food"?
And if you have more(stomach acid), what you're doing is seeking to dilute it with these three glasses of water?
