No, I'm about 3 1/2 years post-removal now. I'm so glad to be where I am now. I remember how hard that first year was though. And I am one who has had a rough time for a good 3 years, although each year has been better than the previous. Most women don't take as long to recover fortunately. I would that in general, I am 70% back to normal. Some days are as good as 95%. Most days are 85% or so. Some are 60%. But the worst days are not as bad as they used to be, and they are not as frequent.
