I'm one of the few left in S.E. Michigan. Most of us moved to Texas back in the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's.

Been here all of my 58 years, but I never was a big milk drinker. My wife, on the other hand, was. That might partially explain her strong reaction to iodine. I can't seem to get her past a ~450mcg dosage without major bromide cleansing symptoms.
