Hi Onedaysoon,

I am sorry you have the flu. We had the flu in the house, I started to come down with it and I took Natures Way Elderberry's Brand capsules. I took 9 the day I was coming down with it, by next day I was good..no flu :)

Make sure you get rest and pleny of fluids.

It is like Heaven to have this anxieties/stress under check...loving life more without them.

I am looking forward to working with RIck Malter he really is a caring man with many years expeience. I spoke to him 2x's already over the phone. He really seems to know his stuff. But we shall see how it works out. He does have a few different believes then Dr Larry Wilson, but I am open to anything that is proven by Science :)
